01. The Brief
The one detail every hand meets
A house can be designed beautifully, finished beautifully, handed over beautifully, and still be let down by the one thing every person touches on every wall, every day: the switches. On a single home that is a detail. Across 160 villas built to one design and handed over in phases, it becomes a standard the whole development is judged by, and the switches have to be dependable, easy to live with, and identical from the first villa to the last.

02 · The Groundwork
